What Our Body Is Doing

  • Increase in estrogen and FSH

  • Body produces follicles which contain an immature egg

  • Body is better able to access stored carbohydrates

    • Increase energy in workouts​

    • Increased focus

  • Body is better able to build muscle (low progesterone)

  • Training feels easier
