The January Re-Start event begins with a 5-minute breathwork session to center and energize participants. This is followed by a 45-minute mat Pilates session designed to align your body and mind, and a 10-minute 2025 intention-setting exercise to focus on your goals for the year. The day wraps up with a happy hour at JuneShine, featuring non-alcoholic & alcoholic options, where you can mingle with local vendors, connect with the community, and enjoy the refreshing start to the new year.
