  • By using our platform, you confirm that you are physically capable of participating in fitness activities. You acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for your physical well-being.

3. Platform Usage

  • Users are required to create an individual account to access our content. Account sharing or usage by anyone other than the registered individual is prohibited.

  • We collect and store personal information such as names, email addresses, and optional menstrual cycle data. This information is used exclusively to tailor workouts and send communications (e.g., newsletters, updates).

  • Reviews may display first names only and will not include other personal details.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Subscription Plans: Users may choose between a monthly or annual plan, both of which offer a 7-day free trial for first-time users.

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are not accepted. For inquiries, please email us at support@hormonalhub.com.

  • Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription anytime by logging into their account and managing their subscription settings.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

  • All content, including videos, workouts, and related materials, is the property of Hormonal Pilates LLC.

  • Users may not download, copy, or redistribute any content from the platform.

  • While the content is not officially copyrighted, it is original material created by Hormonal Pilates LLC and includes our logo.

6. Liability

  • Hormonal Pilates LLC makes no guarantees regarding fitness results or outcomes from using the platform.

  • We are not liable for injuries or health issues resulting from the use of our services. Users are advised to seek medical advice before beginning any fitness program.

  • If an injury occurs while using the platform, stop all activity and consult a healthcare professional immediately.

7. Termination and Suspension

  • Hormonal Pilates LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the state of California.

Hormonal Pilates LLC utilizes third-party platforms, including Wix, to provide its services. By using our platform, you also agree to any applicable terms of these third-party services.
